Family physician Allison Theberge, MD, provides comprehensive primary care for all ages, focusing on preventive medicine. Dr. Theberge emphasizes lifestyle modifications to improve her patients’ health, including sleep, diet, exercise, mindfulness and minimizing pharmaceuticals when possible. As a family medicine doctor, she cares for the whole patient and their families, taking into account and understanding their values as well as keeping patients involved in treatment decisions.
