Walk-in clinics in San Diego for same-day care

Minor illnesses and injuries can happen any time. That’s why we offer convenient Scripps HealthExpress same-day, walk-in clinics at Scripps Clinic and Scripps Coastal Medical Center locations throughout San Diego County.


HealthExpress provides medical care when you need it most, seven days a week, from early morning to late in the evening and weekends. Find a location near you.

For adults and kids 5+

Scripps HealthExpress provides care for adults and kids 5 and older (6 months and older at our Jefferson location, and 2 and older at our San Marcos location).

For pediatrics

Scripps HealthExpress pediatric walk-in clinic provides specialized care for children, serving infants as young as 3 months and kids up to 17 years old.
