Soroosh Amanat, MD

Family medicine physician Soroosh Amanat, MD, provides comprehensive primary care services for the whole family, focusing on preventive medicine. Dr. Amanat chose family medicine because he enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and caring for people of all ages. He believes in patient-centered care and values forming a team with his patients to participate in mutual decision-making through open communication.

In addition to preventive care, Dr. Amanat has a particular interest in sports medicine. Growing up playing sports, he has a passion for musculoskeletal care and treating athletes. His other medical interests include adolescent health, office-based procedures and medical education.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Amanat enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with his family. He stays active and fit playing volleyball, basketball and roundnet.
